Sell anything, anywhere. Without compromise. 🧠 The RoleWe're looking for our first Revenue Operations hire: the person who owns how revenue actually works at Outpost. Your job is to build the RevOps machine. One source of truth for pipeline. One model that turns a merchant's volume, markets and product mix into a price. One set of numbers that the CEO, the board and the commercial team all agree on. And a handover from signed contract to live merchant that never drops anything. This is a hands-on build role, not a reporting layer. You'll sit between sales, marketing, and operations, and you'll be the only person who can see the whole revenue system at once. You'll design it, instrument it, automate it, and then run it until it's good enough to hand over.
