• Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a related field • Extensive knowledge of drilling operations, processes, and safety regulations • Strong organizational and technical judgment skills • Communication and leadership skills • Proven ability to influence employees and contractors on safety standards • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Fluency in English • Ability to work in demanding offshore and onshore environments and meet physical requirements • Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct and SSHE excellence
