• Minimum HND in any relevant discipline • 1–2 years' experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or retail (preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills • Ability to convert customer enquiries into sales • Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and social media platforms • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace • Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask • Ability to work with minimal supervision in hybrid environment • Willingness to work Monday to Saturday • Reliable, professional, target-driven, and eager to learn • Must not be currently enrolled as a student • CV required
