Sales Development Representative – DACH

About the RoleJoin a fast-growing Construction Technology (ConTech) SaaS company that uses artificial intelligence to transform how sales teams in the construction industry discover, qualify, and win new projects. As a Sales Development Representative for the DACH region, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers — playing a pivotal role in driving growth and building long-term partnerships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. What You'll Do• Proactively identify and engage prospects that match the ideal customer profile within the DACH construction market. • Conduct outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels) to generate qualified pipeline for the sales team. • Communicate the value of an AI-powered Revenue Engineering platform to construction industry decision-makers. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations and pass them to Account Executives. • Maintain accurate records of activity and prospect data in the CRM. • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to iterate on messaging and targeting strategies for the DACH market. • Represent the company at industry events and help foster a strong market presence in the region. What We're Looking For• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (SaaS or B2B experience is a plus). • Native or near-native German language skills; strong English proficiency required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations. • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is advantageous. • Interest in or exposure to the construction industry, AI, or SaaS is a bonus — but not required. • Ability to work from our Munich office in a hybrid setup.
