This role has a specific twist: you'll need to build out large waterfall timelines with full delivery phases, then execute against them using Scrum Master ceremonies. If you're comfortable operating at the intersection of structured waterfall planning and Agile execution, this role is built for that. What You'll Do • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they're effective and productive • Identify and remove obstacles impeding team progress, working with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues • Champion Agile principles and methodologies, providing coaching and guidance to team members and stakeholders • Build out large waterfall timelines with full delivery phases, then execute against them using Scrum ceremonies • Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment with open communication • Monitor and report on sprint and project progress using Agile too
