Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the RoleWe're a fast-growing, Munich-based AI-powered B2B SaaS company (founded 2022, ~25 people) building privacy-first productivity tools for sales teams. Our product spans a web app, desktop client, iOS app, and backend services — all centered around real-time, low-latency data processing and seamless CRM integrations. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll take technical ownership of a major platform surface, work directly with the CTO and founding engineers to shape product and infrastructure strategy, and help define how we build and ship software at scale. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role at the heart of our engineering team. The role is hybrid and based in Munich, Germany. Visa sponsorship is not available. What You'll Do• Own a platform — web, desktop, iOS, or backend — and deliver real-time, low-latency features end-to-end. • Architect scalable services and define cross-stack best practices that balance performance, reliability, and product velocity. • Collaborate closely with the CTO and founding engineers to shape product direction and infrastructure strategy. • Mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and foster a high-performing, learning-oriented engineering culture. • Build and maintain a robust delivery pipeline, including CI/CD, test automation, and deployment strategies. • Document architectural decisions and communicate clearly across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams. What We're Looking ForRequired: • Expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js with a strong modern full-stack development background. • Familiarity with Swift or C++ (at least one is required). Strongly valued: • Experience building and operating real-time, low-latency features and performance optimizations. • Exposure to audio, voice, or AI technologies. • Experience with privacy-focused architectures or real-time data pipelines. • Strong track record with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and delivery infrastructure. • Experience de
