Senior Product Designer

We embed with our clients, join their standups, and stay with their product as it evolves. Average client retention is 24+ months, which means you'll see what your work does to a business over years, not weeks. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own client work from concept through final delivery. This is not a role where you execute someone else's brief. You'll understand the business strategy behind each project, identify the user experience problems our client's customers have been stuck on, and use design to solve them. You'll work directly with our leadership, our client's leadership, our design leads and you'll direct specialists in motion, and illustration on your projects.
