In this role, you will be customer-facing, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure deployment success, business value realisation, and operational efficiency. You will own high-stakes client engagements end-to-end, bringing deep project management expertise to solve problems on the ground and drive customer outcomes with minimal oversight. About You As a Senior Project Manager in our PS Organisation, you will drive impact primarily through hands-on delivery excellence, leadership, and practice enablement. 1. Project & Client Delivery Excellence • Drive Complex Engagements: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent, enterprise-level customer projects from kickoff to sign-off within fast-paced environments. • Scope & Milestone Management: Prepare enterprise customers for deployment, establish clear success criteria, track deliverables, set targets, manage resources, and ensure project execution adheres to deadlines and budgets. • Risk & Issue Governance: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and technical dependencies, resolving issues autonomously before they escalate. • Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the single point of contact and escalation owner for customer executives, cross-functional internal teams (Engineering, Customer Support, Sales), and third-party partners. • Quality & Performance: Execute quality control through
