Headquarters: Remote URL: https://www.toptal.com/ About the Role We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow implementations — from module configuration and integrations to platform lifecycle management and technical debt reduction. This is a hands-on development role: requirements and user stories are typically already defined, and you'll execute against them with real platform depth, not just admin-level configuration. Strong overlap with US business hours is required. What You'll Do • Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions across relevant modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and others depending on engagement) • Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers with existing enterprise systems • Write advanced JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting — Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions • Follow upgrade-safe, OOTB-first configuration practices, favoring Flow Designer and Decision Tables over heavy custom scripting where possible • Support platform governance, data integrity, and technical debt reduction • Collaborate closely with existing product a
