Senior Software Engineer (Go)

THE ROLE 📝 As a Senior Software Engineer at Form3, you’ll work on established, high-volume services that sit at the heart of Form3’s cloud-native payment platform. These are critical systems where reliability, resilience and operational excellence matter every single day. This is a role for engineers who enjoy evolving critical systems at scale. You’ll be working on mature, high-volume services where thoughtful design, careful testing, operational discipline and reliability are just as important as delivering new capability. You’ll solve complex engineering challenges across services that support real-time payment flows, high availability, fault tolerance, security and performance within a microservice architecture. You’ll need to think carefully about how changes are designed, tested, released and operated, balancing delivery speed with the discipline required for mission-critical financial infrastructure. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, product teams and operational stakeholders to improve, evolve and run services that customers depend on.
