Involvement: full-time As a Solutions Engineer, you will: • Be the product expert and trusted advisor that clients can turn to for guidance on maximizing value from SpeedSize technology. • Gain experience in front-end and back-end development, web optimization, performance best practices, AI/ML, cloud computing, media compression, and CDN. • Support customers’ technical queries, solve integration issues, and demonstrate the possibilities of the technology. • Manage the technical onboarding of new customers and translate their desired outcomes into an implementation plan that will provide value. • Define new technical requirements for integration and prioritize project timelines. • Lead all technical-related activities from pre-sale to launch to scale, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure all customer requests and issues are handled promptly, working in collaboration with relevant teams (Customer Success, R&D, Sales, and Market
