As our Senior Specialist - B2B Retail Development (EMEA), you will turn strategic brand vision into elevated physical retail experiences. You will own the presentation of On’s Shop-in-Shops (SIS) and branded environments across key wholesale partners (including JD, Foot Locker, and Snipes), ensuring every touchpoint reflects our premium identity. Bridging global strategy with regional execution, you will lead high-impact fixture rollouts, optimize retail workflows, and shape the physical consumer journey across EMEA. Shaping our brand interaction across the region – defining how we show up and engage with our communities across all touchpoints. You will join the EMEA Retail Marketing team who translate and execute On’s global retail brand strategy across all EMEA retail channels (B2B, DTC, DMS, and Distributor), ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and regional marketing initiatives.
