Service Sales Executive

We’re looking for an ambitious Service Sales Executive to join our growing UK-based cleaning company. Our customers are already looking for cleaning services — your job is to understand what they need, present the right solution and turn the enquiry into a booking. The Role You’ll manage warm leads for our Residential and End of Tenancy cleaning services, building customer relationships and driving bookings through confident, consultative sales. Key Responsibilities • Contact and convert warm leads • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services • Build rapport and establish customer trust • Follow up with prospects and close opportunities • Maintain accurate CRM records • Handle objections and customer queries • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets What We Offer • Negotiable basic salary + uncapped commission • OTE R25,000+ per month • Fully remote role • Ongoing support • 40 days paid annual leave • Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development • Excellent written and verbal English • Able to work independently in a remote environment • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Resilient and calm when handling rejection • Proven phone-based sales success • Demonstrated ability to meet targets • Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Experience with CRM systems • Strong negotiation and customer issue-resolution skills • Own reliable laptop or desktop Please ment
