Springboard Awards

The Springboard Award is a research funding scheme run by the Academy of Medical Sciences for early-career researchers in the UK. It offers up to £125,000 over two years to support researchers within five years of their first independent post, such as a lecturer position. The award covers research expenses, equipment, research assistance, and travel costs. Successful applicants also receive mentoring and career support from the Academy of Medical Sciences.
