They act as the critical link between Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Strategic Supply Chain partners to ensure robust, scalable manufacturing solutions across the enterprise. This position serves as the global process and technology leader for ADM's Metals Manufacturing Technologies, including Machining, Plating, Loose Piece Stamping, and Hermetic Manufacturing Processes. The role provides strategic leadership, technical direction, and organizational influence across ADM manufacturing sites and strategic suppliers worldwide. The Senior Manager will develop and execute technology roadmaps, establish best demonstrated practices, drive manufacturing productivity, and build organizational capability to support ADM's growth strategy. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Manufacturing Engineering and leads a global team of Manufacturing and Process Development Engineers.
