The Role We are currently seeking a staff software engineer to join the Alternatives Data Management (ADM) team. Our team is building AI-powered data products and workflow solutions that unlock transparency, efficiency, and insight in private market investments. You’ll join a talented full-stack team of engineers and work on distributed services that are used across the entire ADM engineering stack. What You’ll Do • Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-month initiatives within ADM, including work that spans team boundaries. Anticipate risks and unblock dependencies before they become delivery blockers. • Lead technical designs for new products and workflow solutions, aligned with ADM and Addepar’s longer-term strategy. Solicit feedback and build consensus. • Write exempla
