• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or closely related discipline • 8–15 years or more of relevant professional experience in structural and civil engineering • Proven experience in structural design, construction, or supervision of high-rise buildings, terraces, duplexes, and multi-unit residential developments • Demonstrable experience in estate development and civil infrastructure works • Strong understanding of reinforced concrete structures, foundation engineering, structural analysis, and construction methods • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and supervising contractors on active construction sites • Ability to interpret and review architectural, structural, civil, and building services drawings • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or equivalent • Sound knowledge of construction quality control, project scheduling, cost awareness, and site safety procedures • Strong communication, leadership, analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills • Professional registration with COREN or eligibility for registration (advantage)
