Creative Support is looking for a warm, reliable and proactive Support Worker to join our friendly staff team in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. Here we provide quality care and support to people with mental health needs. No two days will be the same at this service as we support our service users to follow their passions, enhance their confidence and coping abilities along side fun activities. No Previous Experience Needed We provide all of your training as you begin your new career in care, including the opportunity to work towards earning your QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. All employees have access to our training system where, through a combination of in person and e-learning courses, you can learn the skills required to develop in your role and progress toward senior roles.
