Technical Assistant to the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO)

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, strategy execution, project coordination or executive support • Previous or current experience working in a management consulting firm is required • Minimum Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in any discipline • Proven ability to conduct research and produce high-quality executive deliverables • Strong practical proficiency in AI tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability • Project management capability • Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision • High levels of integrity, confidentiality, initiative and professional maturity • Relevant certifications in project management, business analysis, strategy, process improvement or management consulting (added advantage)
