As our first products move into field trials and commercial launch, with further sports to follow on the same platform, we need an exceptional leader to set how we build. Your job isn't to be the fastest individual coder in the room; it is to amplify the entire squad through AI. Working alongside the Value Stream Lead and the squad's Technical Authority, you will provide the delivery structure, quality standards, and agentic development environment the team can trust. While bringing these groundbreaking products to market is the overarching goal, your core functional mission is to shape and scale an AI-first engineering culture. We’re looking for an experienced Technical Leader with a full-stack or platform engineering background who already uses agentic tools as their default rather than a novelty. You understand data pipelines and edge-to-cloud compute, but more importantly, you know how to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
