Key responsibilities • Own the full recruitment lifecycle across engineering roles, from requirement intake and job description design through to offer management and onboarding • Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders, confidently managing expectations and navigating shifting priorities • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, particularly for hard-to-find engineering talent • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, assessing technical alignment, motivation, communication style, and potential risk indicators • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Maintain accurate and compliant records within the ATS and associated recruitment systems • Provide market insight and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions • Prioritise effectively in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment, adjusting approach as business needs evolve   About You Essential Experience: • 4+ years of solid recruitment experience, either agency-side or in-house • Proven background in recruiting engineering and technical profiles within Space, Aerospace, Automotive, robotics, or advanced manufacturing. • D
