• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related discipline • Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in systems administration, enterprise infrastructure, network engineering, or industrial IT • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, VMware, Microsoft 365, and enterprise networking • Demonstrable experience in Engineering, Oil & Gas, EPC, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, Utilities, or critical infrastructure environments • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery • Experience managing vendors and delivering infrastructure implementation projects • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, communication, and project coordination skills
