You will oversee regional field operations, the Remote Technical Support Team (Command Center) department, Fleet Management, driving operational excellence, innovation, and scalability across a complex network of internal teams and third-party partners. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of field services, balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution.
