Hook & Ladder is a purpose-driven digital marketing agency serving multi-location restaurant and franchise brands across the US and Canada, and we’re looking for a Mid-level Web Developer who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to support technical delivery across multiple projects. You'll jump between projects, keep websites updated and running smoothly, and continue growing as a developer in a fast-paced agency environment. This role is for someone who loves variety, picks up new tools quickly, and wants hands-on mentorship from our Web Lead and senior developers while building real-world experience across WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, and Wix. You’ll work under the guidance of our Web Lead and Senior Developers, which means you should be proactive, communicative, and comfortable asking questions when you need direction.
