• BA/BSc/HND qualification • Demonstrable experience in spirits or alcoholic beverages industry • Understanding of market, trade channels and route-to-market dynamics • Experience in wholesale sales and distributor management • Experience in key account management and commercial negotiations • Experience in on-trade sales (bars, restaurants, hotels, licensed outlets) • Experience in regional sales operations, territory development and market expansion • Experience in brand strategy, trade marketing and brand activation • Strong commercial acumen • Sound market knowledge • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Track record of delivering measurable business results
