Helium Health is a full-service Healthtech company providing solutions for healthcare providers, payers, and patients in emerging markets, with its core offering being a SaaS-based electronic medical records and hospital management information system (EMR/HMIS). They are hiring a Brand and Communications Senior Analyst to execute internal and external communications strategy, with a particular focus on HeliumCare, while also supporting corporate communications, brand, media relations, and internal communications across the company. • 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism, marketing communications, or a related field • Experience across internal and external communications, preferably in-house or within an agency environment • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and business/corporate communication skills • Ability to simplify complex healthcare, technology, or public health topics for different audiences • Experience developing content for multiple channels, including digital and social media • Experience supporting PR, media relations, events, and stakeholder communications • Strong project management and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build effective relationships across different levels of an organisation • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment • Strong presentation and communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
