CNG Plant Manager

Bayshore Technologies Limited, a specialist service provider operating across Africa, is recruiting a CNG Plant Manager for their facility in Lagos. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing daily operations at the CNG production facility. The role includes managing plant performance, coordinating production schedules, monitoring process parameters, optimizing throughput, supervising staff, coordinating maintenance, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. • Strong experience in Plant Management and Plant Operations, with focus on energy or CNG facilities • Proven skills in Operations Management and Production Planning • Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations, including process optimization, quality control, and equipment utilization • Relevant technical or engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent practical experience in plant operations • Demonstrated leadership capabilities including team supervision, training, and performance management • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations with track record of enforcing safe work practices • Ability to analyze operational data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
