Dairy - Line Operator

Viju Industries Nigeria Limited, a leading beverage production company, is hiring a Dairy - Line Operator for its facility in Ogun State. This is a full-time, onsite position in the food manufacturing and engineering sector. The role involves remotely monitoring and controlling a fully automated dairy production line through SCADA/DCS systems, managing process parameters, troubleshooting technical issues, and operating cleaning systems while maintaining strict hygiene standards. • Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in Food Science, Bioengineering, Automation, or related fields) • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fermentation workshops (winery/pharmaceutical), pre-treatment workshops (beverage/cola), or batching/blending workshops of large-scale food brands • Experience in dairy or beverage industry highly preferred • Proficient in computer operations • Familiar with DCS/SCADA systems or industrial automation control software • Deep understanding of dairy or brewing processing technologies • Hands-on experience or good understanding of central control operations on fully automated production lines • Age 25-30 years old • Willing and able to work rotating shifts including night shifts • OND qualification or higher
