• Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or HND in Estate Management, Urban & Regional Planning, Law, Business, or related field • Strong skills in land acquisitions and negotiations • Experience in due diligence, title verification, and regulatory compliance • Knowledge of land development, planning, zoning, and infrastructure requirements • Market research skills and understanding of property trends • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills • Attention to detail and accuracy in records and reporting • Ability to work on-site across multiple estate locations • Ability to build relationships with community leaders and government agencies • Prior experience in real estate, land banking, or property development in Nigeria is highly beneficial
