• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health preferred, or relevant experience in a closely related position • Advanced knowledge of drilling operations, processes, and safety regulations • Strong organizational, technical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills • Ability to positively influence employees and contractors • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Fluency in English for technical and business communication • Relevant offshore or onshore drilling industry experience • Ability to work in challenging environments, travel, and stay away from home for extended periods • Physical fitness to meet the demands of remote drilling operations • High ethical standards and ability to work with diverse teams across international locations
