E-Commerce & Retail Manager

AMO Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited is a poultry company with a vision to be the market leader in the Day Old Chicks market. They are recruiting an E-Commerce & Retail Manager to lead their online and physical retail operations. The role is based in Lagos, Nigeria, and is a full-time position. The manager will be responsible for developing e-commerce and retail strategy, managing online sales channels, overseeing retail outlets, and driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field • 7 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, retail management, or commercial operations • Preferably experience within FMCG, food processing, or consumer goods • Proven experience managing online sales platforms and physical retail operations • Demonstrated ability to grow sales, develop new business channels, and manage revenue targets • Good understanding of inventory management, order fulfilment, logistics, and retail operations • Knowledge of digital commerce, online customer acquisition, and sales analytics • Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant e-commerce or retail management systems
