Ignite Energy Access, Africa's leading distributed renewable energy provider, is hiring Energy Officers for full-time positions in Mokwa, Niger. The role involves identifying and acquiring new customers, promoting solar home systems and renewable energy products, conducting product demonstrations, and building relationships with customers and community leaders. • Minimum OND or NCE qualification (HND or Bachelor's degree preferred) • 1–3 years of experience (preferably in sales, marketing, field operations, customer acquisition, or financial services) • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets • Willing to work in the field and travel across Mokwa and neighbouring communities • Must be honest, hardworking, self-motivated, and result-oriented • Basic smartphone and reporting skills required • Knowledge of Mokwa and surrounding communities is an added advantage
