• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on Cross product pipelines • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in engineering or technical leadership roles on large-scale pipeline projects • Full proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite and industry recognized management software • Demonstrated experience managing EPC from Owner PMC contractor's perspective • Strong understanding of underground cross country pipelines including HDD, project development, engineering design, construction sequencing, and commissioning • Expertise in interface management, technical risk management, and change management processes • Proficiency in engineering management systems, project management tools, and technical reporting • Demonstrated ability to lead senior technical professionals and influence across organizational boundaries • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent professional certification preferred • Experience working on projects in Nigeria preferred but other international locations acceptable
