• Recognised qualification or certification in Esthetics, Beauty Therapy or related field (ITEC, CIDESCO or equivalent preferred) • Minimum 2 years of practical experience as an Esthetician, preferably in a medical aesthetics clinic, luxury spa or professional skincare clinic • Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, skin types, common skin conditions and cosmetic ingredients • Proven experience performing professional facials and skin treatments • Experience with HydraFacials, chemical peels, microneedling or other advanced aesthetic equipment (highly desirable) • Excellent understanding of treatment contraindications, client safety, sanitation and infection-control procedures • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Well-groomed, professional and attentive to personal appearance and hygiene • Highly organised, punctual, detail-oriented and reliable • Willing to undergo further training and develop new skills • Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic • Passionate about skincare, client satisfaction and achieving visible treatment results • Ability to recommend treatments and skincare products without applying unnecessary sales pressure
