Facility Manager

VAVA Project, a construction and property development operation under VAVA Group, is recruiting a Facility Manager for their Victoria Island, Lagos office. The role reports to Management/Head of Administration within the Facilities/Administration department. The successful candidate will oversee the efficient management, maintenance, safety, and day-to-day operations of the company's facilities and properties, ensuring that building systems, equipment, utilities, and common areas are properly maintained, safe, and functional. • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Facility Management, Estate Management, Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Business Administration, or related discipline • 3–5 years of relevant experience in facility management, property management, building operations, maintenance, or related field • Experience managing contractors, vendors, maintenance personnel, and service providers • Practical knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, generators, water systems, and other building services • Understanding of occupational health and safety, fire safety, emergency procedures, and facility compliance requirements • Experience with maintenance planning, budgeting, procurement, and vendor management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Professional certification in Facility Management, Project Management, Health & Safety, or related field (advantageous)
