• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury Operations, Financial Services, Fintech, Lending or a similar regulated environment • Practical experience in financial accounting, reconciliations, treasury operations and financial reporting • Experience supporting loan accounting and credit administration activities • Working knowledge of IFRS, tax administration and regulatory reporting requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems • Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, ICAN or equivalent) is an added advantage
