• Minimum OND (National Diploma) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field • Minimum 1 year of work experience • Strong computer literacy and ability to use digital platforms • Fluent in English—ability to read, write, and speak • Good customer service and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Basic understanding of digital financial transactions is an added advantage
