• Education: NABTEB, OND, or HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical discipline • Minimum 2–4 years of practical experience in automotive body finishing, auto-body repair, or vehicle assembly operations in a manufacturing environment • High precision and keen eye for detail • Dexterity in handling power tools • Strong problem-solving skills in automotive craftsmanship • Understanding of metals, composites, fiberglass, and armored plating • Expertise in abrasive processes and surface preparation standards • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and body fit specifications • Knowledge of sheet metal work, welding bead finishing, and panel alignment techniques • Familiarity with vehicle production quality metrics and standard operating procedures • Updated CV and cover letter required
