The firm is recruiting a Head of Finance & Capital Strategy to join their team in Abuja (FCT) on a full-time basis. This is a senior leadership role that will report to the Managing Director/CEO with board-level reporting as required, focusing on financial planning, treasury, budgeting, and capital strategy in the Financial Services/Fintech industry. • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline • 5–8 years of relevant finance experience including senior finance, treasury or financial planning roles • ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred • Strong competence in budgeting, cash-flow management, financial reporting, financial modelling and internal controls • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools • Good understanding of IFRS, taxation and applicable financial regulatory requirements • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills • High integrity, sound judgment and ability to work independently • Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, lending or related environment is advantageous • Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, debt financing or corporate finance transactions is desirable
