• Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) • 10–15 years of cross-border supply chain experience in Africa • Experience in freight forwarding, FMCG, pharmaceutical, health logistics, telecoms, or humanitarian logistics • Deep hands-on customs and corridor experience in West and East Africa • Experience with declared-value and valuation discipline • Experience pricing and publishing internal SLAs • Experience removing emergency freight from a network • Strong controls mindset and vendor/freight forwarder discipline • Strong programme and project management skills
