• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Logistics or related discipline • 5–8 years of relevant operational experience • At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role • Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, logistics, supply-chain operations, lending or asset financing (advantageous) • Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams, manage processes and improve operational performance • Practical knowledge of collections monitoring, customer onboarding, documentation, reconciliation controls or field operations • Strong planning, analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools • Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills • High integrity, accountability and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving business environment • Submit updated CV to [email protected] with subject 'HEAD OF OPERATIONS - ABUJA'
