• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering discipline • Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on electrical engineering experience • Proven practical experience with high-voltage BESS and medium/high-voltage electrical distribution systems • Strong knowledge of transformers, switchgear, protection systems, electrical testing, and commissioning • Practical experience with 11kV/33kV electrical distribution systems • Experience with industrial solar PV and large-scale battery energy storage installations • Technical competence in lithium battery systems, BMS, EMS, ATS, and STS • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults • Strong understanding of high-voltage electrical safety procedures • Capability to independently carry out technical installations, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting • Direct practical engineering experience required (supervision or project management alone is insufficient)
