Elvaridah Limited is a Business Development Company based in Lagos, Nigeria, seeking a strategic HR Manager to lead the company's human resources function. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, HR policies, and compliance. This is a full-time position that serves as a key link between management and employees to foster a positive and professional workplace culture. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field • Minimum 5 years experience in HR management, HR generalist, or senior HR role • Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, recruitment, and performance management • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Strong leadership and people-management abilities • High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information • Strong organizational and administrative skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS or HR management systems • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
