• BSc or BA in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or recognized equivalent • At least 2–5 years of experience in a Human Resources general function • Residing in North West Nigeria (priority given to candidates in target locations) • Proficiency in English language (conversation, reading, and writing) • Knowledge of Hausa, Nupe, and/or other commonly spoken languages in target locations is an advantage • 1–2 years prior experience working for a non-profit, charitable organization, NGO or (I)NGO is a plus • Detail-oriented and diligent professional • Process-oriented with some understanding of legal and logistics processes • Good networks and contacts in North West Nigeria for recruitment • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, internet browsers, smartphones, and general ICT; willingness to use Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
