Insurance & HMO Operations Manager

NCDF Group Plc, the Nigerian Capital Development Fund, is seeking an experienced Insurance & HMO Operations Manager to lead the establishment and day-to-day operations of LifeCome HMO and LifeCome Benefits. This is a full-time position based in Abuja. As the first operational officer, you will be responsible for developing products, establishing operating systems, building partnerships, and securing customers for these newly launched companies. • Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Health Management or a related discipline • At least 7 years of relevant experience in HMO, health insurance, or wider insurance sector with management responsibility • Strong practical knowledge of HMO operations, insurance products, provider networks, claims administration and customer service • Demonstrated experience in business development, corporate sales or partnership management • Sound understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance processes • Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills • Ability to work independently, establish processes and deliver results within a developing business • Professional qualifications and experience in product launches or establishing a new business unit are advantageous
