• ND/HND/BSc degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Electronics, or related field • 2–4 years of experience as IT Technician, IT Support, or AV Technician (hotel experience is a strong advantage) • Knowledge of Windows OS, Networking (TCP/IP, WiFi), PMS/POS, and basic server administration • Practical knowledge of sound systems, projectors, mixers, and LED walls • CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or AV certification (added advantage) • Strong troubleshooting skills for IT and AV equipment • Excellent customer service and guest-first mindset • Ability to work shifts, nights, weekends, and on-call for urgent issues • Good communication and time management skills • Physically able to lift, mount projectors, and lay cables • Honest and discreet (handles sensitive data)
