IT Manager

Ultimum Limited, a Nigerian-based subsidiary of Union Camerounaise de Brasseries, is recruiting an IT Manager to oversee their internal IT support operations in Abia. The company manufactures alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and has over 50 years of industry experience. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field • Minimum 5 years experience in IT support • At least 2 years in a managerial role • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations • Advanced knowledge of O365, including SharePoint, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager • Desktop support experience with Windows 10 and Mac 10.13+ • Experience managing a ticket queue and prioritizing tasks • Experience with remote support • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) preferred
