• Social Media Content Creator: Proven experience as Content Creator, Video Editor, or Graphic Designer • Social Media Content Creator: Strong portfolio showing video editing and graphic design work • Social Media Content Creator: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Canva or similar tools • Social Media Content Creator: Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube • Business Development Manager: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred) • Business Development Manager: Proven 2–5 years experience as Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role • Business Development Manager: Strong track record of achieving sales targets • Business Development Manager: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Business Development Manager: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools • Sales/Marketing Officer: Must have worked in a real estate environment • Sales/Marketing Officer: Must reside within Berger/Arepo environment • All positions: CV required
