• Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) minimum • 3–7 years of experience depending on role • For Compliance role: 7+ years in compliance, data protection or management-system roles in regulated technology, fintech or banking • For Compliance role: Deep knowledge of NDPA 2023, GAID 2025, CBN and NITDA frameworks • For Compliance role: ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor or Implementer certification • For Compliance role: Experience with at least one of ISO 9001, 22301 or 20000-1 • For Compliance role: SOC 2 or PCI DSS project experience • For Enterprise Risk role: 7+ years in enterprise, operational or vendor risk in bank, insurer, telco or technology services • For Enterprise Risk role: Strong contract literacy and IT outsourcing/cloud/managed-service experience • For Enterprise Risk role: ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or Auditor, or CBCI/MBCI • For Enterprise Risk role: GRC platform experience • For Change Manager role: 3–4 years of experience
