• Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or HND qualification • Mechanical Engineer: 3–5 years of direct Building Services / MEP construction experience • Mechanical Engineer: Strong knowledge of plumbing, drainage, HVAC, and mechanical building systems • Mechanical Engineer: Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM is an advantage • Mechanical Engineer: Relevant site supervision experience • Mechanical Engineer: NSE, NIMechE, COREN, or equivalent professional membership is an advantage • Executive Assistant: Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills • Executive Assistant: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools • Executive Assistant: Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Executive Assistant: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work with minimal supervision • Executive Assistant: High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality • Executive Assistant: Previous experience in executive or administrative support
